Building 3 specialised stores in 4 months for an industry leader
Discover how we saved the CEO substantial capital on IT agencies by building and competitor-proofing three independent sales platforms from scratch using AI.
The management board of Postal Steel Group Poland required aggressive expansion. To defend market share and target distinct buyer personas more precisely (ranging from professional installers to retail customers), the decision was made to launch dedicated niche stores: ElementyDoBram.pl, CentrumNapedow.pl, and SmartZamki.pl.
The challenge? A traditional software house would have quoted hundreds of thousands of euros and well over a year of work to build three separate e-commerce platforms with full branding. The client didn’t have that kind of time. We had to engineer independent sales engines in a fraction of that timeframe without compromising on engineering precision and B2B usability.
01
Speed to market
Competitors never sleep. Building three separate stores using traditional agency processes would have tied up capital and conceded market ground for nearly a year.
02
Complex product catalogue
Specialist industrial products demanded technical product filtering. Gate installers don't search by colour, but by leaf weight and gate width.
03
Content bottleneck
Nearly 2,000 SKUs required completely fresh, unique, search-optimised copy to avoid keyword cannibalisation with the parent company's flagship store.
We took charge of the project as independent e-commerce architects, overseeing the entire lifecycle – from designing brand identities (logos, colour palettes) and WooCommerce deployment to full-stack analytics. Instead of spending months building infrastructure, we adopted a Rapid MVP methodology – delivering 3 projects in just 4 months.
Ultra-fast implementation without compromising quality (December – March):
Engineering UX & Configurators: We engineered custom product selector tools capable of narrowing down items in 15 seconds, alongside advanced technical faceted filters (leaf weight, duty cycle).
AI-Powered Scale: To eliminate copywriting bottlenecks, we deployed human-in-the-loop AI workflows to generate unique, SEO-optimised content for nearly 2,000 products. We established a credible “European Manufacturer Store” brand narrative.
Automated Backend Operations: We integrated all three stores centrally with BaseLinker, ensuring real-time inventory synchronisation between manufacturing facilities and e-commerce channels.
Primed for Aggressive Growth: We engineered dynamic product feed generators for Google Merchant Center and configured GA4 and Google Search Console tracking. The platforms are 100% primed to scale with paid ad spend.
Results: Capital saved and commercial firepower delivered
Record time to market: Launching three fully integrated, conversion-optimised e-commerce stores in just 4 months.
Substantial cost savings: Completely avoiding months of exorbitant retainers and development invoices from external software houses.
Scale-ready infrastructure: The stores are already indexing organically in search engines and feature fully verified analytics infrastructure, ready for high-precision Google Ads campaigns.

“Instead of hunting for random freelancers for every fix, we handed them full control over technology and campaigns. The store finally runs without issues, customer acquisition costs dropped drastically, and we can focus solely on logistics and order fulfilment.”
